Andrew Meyers

Andrew was born and raised in Milford, a small southern town in New Hampshire. Growing up, he loved to engage in activities and sports. Andrew has been a competitor all his entire life and has always had the desire to be the best he can possibly be. Andrew was a very tall but extremely skinny teenager that often struggled with self confidence. He channeled his high energy level towards starting a fitness career. After four years of consistent training, Andrew went from 6’1” 165lbs to 195lbs. He used to be embarrassed about his body but during this time he gained the confidence to pursue bodybuilding.

At first, this pursuit was purely personal, yet over time as he began to help others with their own goals, Andrew realized he was meant to work in fitness. After graduating from Plymouth State University with a degree in Criminal Justice department, Andrew became a certified personal trainer through the International Sport Sciences Association (ISSA). Helping others gain personal confidence by living an active healthy lifestyle is his personal mission so be sure to try out a class with Andrew and witness first hand his dedication to his clients well-being.
