Mike Anderson


Mike began his fitness career after graduating from UMass, Amherst with a B.S. in Exercise Science. He has worked in all areas of health & fitness including management, sales, and personal training. His personal training clients have ranged from teenagers with cancer, to athletes, to individuals in their later years, and everything in between. Through Mike's passion for fitness, he has excelled in the training and coaching realm working in settings of one-on-one training, small group training, group exercise, online coaching, and triathlon coaching. His training philosophy is to set a goal, train for it, achieve it, and repeat. No goal is too small or too great and by providing the right guidance he will help you achieve success.

Mike has a B.S. in Exercise Science from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst and has been in the fitness industry for over 30 years. He is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and an ACE Senior Fitness Specialist. Mike is a passionate triathlete and has completed 7 Ironman triathlons. Other interests include hiking, biking, and adventure racing. He also started and has coached the Danvers Youth Wrestling Program for the past 15 years.
