Peanut Butter Overnight Oats


  • 1/2 cup rolled oats

  • 2 tbsp peanut butter

  • 1/2 cup milk (any type)

  • 1 scoop protein powder

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds (optional)

Toppings sliced banana, strawberries or raspberries Instructions 1. In a mason jar add milk, chia seeds, PB, and protein powder and stir with a spoon to combine.   2. Add oats and stir a few more times, then press down with a spoon to ensure all oats have been moistened and are immersed in milk 3. Cover securely with a lid or plastic wrap and set in the fridge for at least 6 hours.

4. Add toppings if you choose.
