  • 1/4 cup oatmeal

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 Scoop Protein (any flavor)

  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon or cake spice

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla

  • 2 TBSP plain Greek yogurt or non-dairy milk ( optional)

  • 1/4 cup fresh blueberries or raspberries

  • Non dairy butter
