Frequency is the key. Yes nutrition, strength training, and cardio play a huge role in creating a nice tight stomach. BUT the final touch comes from doing ab exercises as many days as possible. Doing a quick ab circuit most days of the week will make your six pack shine bright. If I'm not buRning I do my own routine. I keep it simple by performing 3 different ab exercises per day, 5-7 days per week. Each day I choose an exercise targeting my lower abs, my upper abs, and my obliques. I do 10-15 reps of each for a total of 3-4 sets. Simple, quick, and very effective. If you need ab circuit ideas, feel free to ask!
