Water Goals

Are you drinking enough water? It's such a simple action, but most of us still neglect our water intake. Staying hydrated is key and if you wait until you're thirsty to take a swig, then you're already dehydrated. WE ARE MOSTLY WATER! Drinking water increases energy, boosts our metabolism, improves skin complexion, boosts our immune system, prevents cramps...the list goes on.

Water also fills us up, staving off temptation for unnecessary snacking. Plus, IT'S FREE! I make it a priority to have a pint of h2o first thing in the morning, before lunch, after lunch, before work in the afternoon, before dinner, after dinner, and right before bed. I also sip throughout the day as often as I can. I stick to this every single day. Find what works for you and make it a priority.
