When I’m not at the studio I’m either hanging with my 2 dogs; a pit bull-boxer mix and a frenchie, or in the kitchen
making new recipes. I love all things health and wellness, and have known since high school that I wanted to pursue a career around fitness.
During my last semester at Suffolk University I enrolled in a 200 hour Yoga Certification, followed with 50 hour yoga sculpt, and from there found my passion for teaching. After one class at BBR I was hooked on the high intensity but low impact benefits of the class. I think finding that mind-body connection is one of the most empowering feelings a person can have and I’m so excited to be a part of the BBR team to help others find theirs!
