Using one of our wearables you can now track your heart rate during class.
Your effort is tracked in real time on our video screens, allowing you to see how hard you're working.
After class you'll get a report that shows how much time you spent in each of the heart rate zones. Your goal is to spend as much time in the Burn Flow as possible.

One of the resources we provide is our Simple Nutrition Guide. Within this guide are tips and tricks, BURNIN’ approved foods (including high-protein snack options!), a 12-week calendar, supplement ideas, and a serving size aid.
We practice the 80/20 rule. 80% “good,” health-conscious choices, and 20% non-approved foods. We understand that people will not avoid pizza,
burgers and ice cream forever - it’s about balance.

The Bod Pod is a capsule-shaped machine that measures a pressure response to volume changes within its walls.
You take a seat inside and within seconds, it estimates your body composition.
It’s used by the NFL, and we’ve got the only one in Boston!
Members can expect to lose an average of 3.5% body fat and 4.5lbs of fat in their first 12 weeks of the program while increasing lean body mass.

With your very own wearable heart monitor.
To get the most out of our program, we charge members a one-time only fee for their wearable, which connects with your profile on our mobile app to give you the data you need to figure out how to work out most effectively with us.
The Burn Flow is the optimal area of effort that maximizes the workout's effectiveness without going too far an causing damage.
Once you find your flow, we can track your workouts to make sure that you're not over- or under-exerting. Pretty cool, huh?

The next step of our method is the wellness snapshot, where we ask you what your current nutrition and workout habits are, and dig a little deeper into
things like how well you sleep, how much water you drink, and other specifics to paint a picture of your current lifestyle.
With the answers to the questions in the strategy session + your results from
our multiple tests, we help you create smaller daily and weekly goals to
help you reach your larger goals.
This includes prescribing specific weekly workouts, enhancements to your daily nutrition, and sustainable changes to your lifestyle.
